Email SupportWhere does sitting time come from?
Sitting time is calculated from your work plan and the sitting, standing, and completion events recorded in Wristance. Wristance does not read Apple Health and does not continuously monitor body position.
Why didn’t I receive a stand reminder?
Confirm that today is a selected workday, the current time is inside your work hours and outside lunch or a pause, and notifications are allowed in system Settings. Wristance uses local, on-device notifications only.
Does saving a Daily card read my photos?
No. Wristance requests add-only Photos access only after you tap Save. It writes the newly generated report image and cannot read or browse your photo library.
What if Apple Watch is not updating?
Confirm that iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are available, then open Wristance once on both devices. watchOS schedules complication refreshes, so updates may not appear instantly.
